Whether it's your primary home or vacation home, we will ensure that it is in market-ready condition to meet your deadline. We have established relationships with all real estate agencies and can provide excellent references.
17 Point Home Inspection: We offer free evaluations of our clients' homes and their preservation needs. This inspection is an overview of the condition of the property, and recommendations for its maintenance and preservation needs. This service should be considered a necessity for both new and established homeowners.
Handyman Services: Our experienced craftsmen provide a full range of handyman services, including installation of blinds, curtains, storm windows and carpeting, as well as tile repair, bathroom caulking, and picture hanging. No job is too small.
Seasonal Maintenance: North Shore Property Solutions performs all types of seasonal maintenance, including gutter cleaning and oiling, deck power washing and staining, as well as opening and closing vacation homes.
Weatherization: With the current cost of energy and today’s economic climate, consider the many weatherizing services offered by North Shore Property Solutions. We can save you money and make your property more energy efficient by installing insulation, weather-stripping, pipe-wrap and programmable thermostats, as well as sealing out drafts with caulk and foam spray.
